  • A good fit with your therapist is critical. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation to answer any questions you might have.

  • The needs of individuals vary greatly and the work itself is determined primarily by individual circumstances. Sometimes I am consulted for just a session or two. Some individuals experience working with their psyche to be an unfolding life process and consult for longer periods of time, even years. Of course, the choice of continuing consultation is always yours.

  • Not a problem! There are many ways to enter into a therapeutic psychological process. My aim is to find the way that works best for you.

  • Studies show that beginning clients receive the most benefit from weekly sessions. However, the frequency very much depends on individual circumstances. Based on your circumstances, we will discuss how to best proceed.
